John Ware School Community

Our School Council needs you! We are recruiting a Co-Chair/Vice Chair position and a Key Communicator for our Parent Council this year.  We meet 5 times a year in the evening and welcome people in-person and online. 

Research shows when parents are involved in the school community, their kids are more likely to thrive academically and socially. Plus, we make a huge difference to the school! Last year we raised over $80,000 to support learning.  For example, the council contributed $30,000 for computers and other learning technology, $10,000 for Southland Leisure Centre access, and $3,600 to subsize field trip costs for students in need.
